1st time in quite a few years since I had a massage, however this easily trumps it. I came hoping for some relief from a long term neurological pain, I didn't manage to get that but it was the best £56 I've spent. Evelina was very friendly and made me feel at ease as I was incredibly anxious and she made me feel very comfortable. I had 2x 25min session and it felt like it went by so fast. Despite not getting the through relief I hoped, I would definitely recommend to others and consider going again due to how great it was. Thanks Sam

I have been going to Basingstoke Wellness for over a year now and Ewelina has been the best beauty/massage therapist. I am always so relaxed leaving, literally walking on clouds kind of relaxed 😄 the whole team are friendly and easy to talk to about any treatments and options available. Would 100% recommend to friends, family and any one reading this review.

Super bad service, in my opinion, because they have wasted my time without any respect. Special kudos to Joshua for this review. I have a tight schedule and really tried to have this appointment for plasma treatment on one of my days off but unfortunately, i have been treated with disrespect. I had the appointment at 10:40 , I was called to come earlier to have numbing cream applied which I did but on the arrival Joshua was not there, and after 30 min he still was not there. I do not believe you have to stay more than 30 min for a numbing cream to have effect, and I believe in maximum 30 minutes, I should have had the treatment started. When someone is late, the person waiting receives some explanation, the client is reassured that the timeline is still met if it is. I had to leave and did not have the treatment because I was not sure if in the time left we will still have enough time to do it. This is not professional at all.

I have been a regular customer at Basingstoke Wellness for a few years now and I'm so happy I found this place for all my self-care needs. I go for waxing and massages and Evelina is always so welcoming, helps me relax and provides such a fantastic service. I always look forward to my treatments with her :)

I regularly visit Evelina at Basingstoke Wellness to get my nails done. She always does such an amazing job and I love my monthly visits. I’ve also had massages and facials with Evelina as part of the pamper package and have always walked away feeling like I’m walking on a cloud! All of the therapists are friendly and very welcoming, it’s a lovely environment to relax.
